Snowfall warning in effect for:

  • Coquihalla Highway - Hope to Merritt

Snowfall, with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm is expected.

Snow has tapered off to a few flurries this morning.

Another strong front will bring more heavy snow beginning overnight and last through Sunday. Total snow accumulations of 20 to 30 cm are expected by Sunday evening.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
