Wave height forecasts for the Canadian portion of the Great Lakes
issued by Environment Canada at 6:30 p.m. EST Sunday 21 January 2018
for tonight and Monday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 3:00 a.m. EST Monday.

Wave heights are for offshore and are forecast from trough to crest.
Nearshore waves may vary considerably due to shoreline effects.

Western Lake Superior.
Over open water waves 2 metres.

Eastern Lake Superior.
Waves 2 metres.

Whitefish Bay.
Mainly ice covered.

Northern Lake Huron.
Over open water waves less than one half metre building to one early
Monday morning and to 2 near noon Monday. Waves building to 3 Monday
evening.

Southern Lake Huron.
Over open water waves less than one half metre building to one early
Monday morning.

Georgian Bay.
Over open water waves less than one half metre building to one near
midnight.

Lake St. Clair.
Mainly ice covered.

Western Lake Erie.
Mainly ice covered.

Eastern Lake Erie.
Mainly ice covered.

Western Lake Ontario.
Waves less than one half metre building to one Monday morning and to
2 Monday afternoon.

Eastern Lake Ontario.
Over open water waves less than one half metre building to one Monday
afternoon.
